Request Flyer/Banner Distribution

DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS
Toppenish School District recognizes that nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies may offer valuable social, recreational, and educational opportunities for students and families.
Organizations interested in sharing flyers or other materials through district channels must submit the following:
- Completed Materials Distribution Approval Form,
- Copy of the flyer/material for distribution or display
Materials must meet district guidelines, be provided in both English and Spanish, and electronic PDFs must be ADA accessible.
To allow time for review, requests should be submitted at least 7 business days before the preferred distribution date. Approval to distribute materials does not mean the district sponsors or endorses the event, program, or information.
