Request Flyer/Banner Distribution
DISTRIBUTION OF MATERIALS
Toppenish School District recognizes that nonprofit organizations and governmental agencies may offer valuable social, recreational, and educational opportunities for students and families.
Organizations interested in sharing flyers or other materials through district channels must submit the following:
- Completed Materials Distribution Approval Form,
- Copy of the flyer/material for distribution or display
Materials must meet district guidelines, be provided in both English and Spanish, and electronic PDFs must be ADA accessible.
To allow time for review, requests should be submitted at least 7 business days before the preferred distribution date. Approval to distribute materials does not mean the district sponsors or endorses the event, program, or information.

The district does not sponsor or endorse this event/information and the district assumes no responsibility for it. In consideration of the privilege to distribute materials, the Toppenish School District will be held harmless from any cause of action filed in any court or administrative tribunal arising out of the distribution of these materials, including costs, attorney’s fees and judgments or awards.
Spanish:
El distrito no patrocina ni respalda este evento/información y no asume responsabilidad alguna por el mismo. En consideración del privilegio de distribuir materiales, el Distrito Escolar de Toppenish será eximido de cualquier causa de acción presentada en cualquier tribunal o instancia administrativa que surja de la distribución de estos materiales, incluidos costos, honorarios de abogados y fallos o indemnizaciones.
