Toppenish School District

At Toppenish School District, we believe exceptional employees help create exceptional experiences for students, families, and our community every day.

Throughout the school year, staff members across our district are recognized monthly in two categories:

• TEA (Teachers)
• PSE (Classified Support Staff)

These recognitions celebrate employees who go above and beyond in service to students, demonstrate leadership, build positive relationships, and help make our schools stronger places to learn and grow. They are nominated based on how they have consitently exhibited our character trait of the month. 

At the end of the school year, employees at each building vote to select one finalist from their monthly nominees to represent their school in the districtwide competition for:

• Toppenish Teacher of the Year
• Toppenish Classified Employee of the Year
