📍 Toppenish Early Learning Center (407 S. Juniper St.)

Please bring all required documents. Only completed applications will be accepted.

• Birth certificate
• Current immunizations
• Proof of address
• Family income, including 1040 tax return from both parents
• Legal guardianship, custody, foster care, or court documents, if applicable
