PARAPROFESSIONALS

$11.38 PER HOUR

(HOURS WORKED WILL BE ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or recognized equivalent and two years of study at an institution of higher education or an Associate’s Degree (or higher) or completion and *passage of a state or local academic assessment. (Please submit a copy of documentation to support your educational qualifications with your application.)

• Substitutes are required to pass a Washington State Patrol and FBI background check before given an assignment. The background check fee is to be paid for by the applicant.

• Desire and ability to work in a variety of educational settings.

• Good speaking, reading, writing, spelling, and math skills.

• Experience working with children preferred.

• Must have a reliable telephone or cell number.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
