    Best Bites: Know their BMI
Find out your child's Body Mass Index. That's the number that measures height against weight and lets you know if your youngster is at a healthy weight. You can use the parent friendly online tool at http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/ or ask your pediatrician to figure it out at your next doctor visit.

    No Cost Meals
No cost breakfast and lunch will be served to students again this year. Snacks are provided to students who participate in after school educational programs at no cost. This is a benefit for all our children.

Toppenish School District offers free fresh fruits and vegetables to all elementary students during the school day in their classrooms. For more information about this program please visit this web site. http://www.k12.wa.us/childnutrition/programs/ffvp/default.aspx
