School Improvement Goal: All students will increase reading literacy by 10% as measured by the yearly WASL .

Strategy: Through professional development, we will meet the needs of all staff to increase student reading performance.

Rationale: At the present time,  students are not showing sufficient progress in reading to meet the state standard.
