School Improvement Goal: As Measured by the EES and FFS surveys, the Toppenish School District will increase connected-inclusive relationships with families and community by _10_% by 2007. 

Strategy: 1To further educate and implement the Family Friendly School concepts and principles throughout the Toppenish School District. 2To research and adopt a positive communication model to train all Toppenish School District employees.

Rationale: By implementing the Family Friendly Schools concepts and principles, connected-inclusive relationships will be created and maintained between teachers, families, and community members.
